The room was clean but a bit small. It has a smell of some sort of chemical. The staff were friendly and the property was in good condition. The on-site self service laundry was very nice and convenient. The washing machine and dryers are nice size and look like brand new. Overall, the property was very clean and well maintained.

Great & Comfortable Stay

Great time with my family here, spacious room with a large area for baths & toilet. The breakfast was good, let us use the subsequent day coupon for our kids as we are leaving the hotel early in the morning the next day. The laundry & dryer in Level 2 provided free detergent. Love the air purifier provided in the hotel, releases a lot of negative ions and helps my kids sleep well.

There are no restaurants around, but Luckin Coffee is next door. Rooms are normal. There are three bad points, and the first one is that the elevator is out of order and it is troublesome to move around. Second, the quality of cleaning is not good, and they sometimes forget to clean. Third, you can't ask for ice. The good thing is that they give us a lot of water.

Tolles Hotel im Herzen von Tianjin

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Tianjin, und hat erst 2024 eröffnet. Dadurch ist alles wirklich brandneu und super sauber. auch das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

天津駅前に近くて便利

天津一泊旅行で利用。高速鉄道で到着後荷物を預けてから観光したかったので駅から近くて、イタリア通に近く、もしかしたら海河が見えるかも知れないと期待して予約。 距離的には駅からかなり近かったですが、駅からの車道が工事中で、歩道が途切れていることもあってたどり着くのはやや大変でした。近そうに見えるバスターミナル側からではなく、世紀時計に出てから大通り沿いに行けばやや大回りですが簡単に着けますが、ショッピング街にはないのでその点は注意が必要です。 カジュアルな作りでしたが、シェラトンらしく設備は十分上質で綺麗、サービスもフレンドリーです。 朝食は値段に対してとても素晴らしく、中華、洋食ともに品数も多く、一泊では食べきれません。

真夜中の到着で、レセプションの人は寝ていましたが私が来たら快く受付してくれました。また設備は新しかったですが、以下の点が気になりました。①音が響く②アメニティがあまりない。アメニティに感してはミスなのか、歯ブラシやくしなどがなかったです。タオルはありました。また朝食は選びきれないくらいあり、つい食べすぎました。全体的に良かったですが、交通の便は悪かったです。どの駅からもそこそこ遠く、荷物があったので駅まで行くにもタクシーを使いました。
