"The hotel itself was lovely. However there was dust on the floral arrangements that people had drawn on , we reprted it to the cleaners and they just wiped out the pictures but didnt remove the dust. The staff were super friendly and knowledgable about the area. The location was great. Good price ..."

"Check in was awful. Queued to check in, 10 minutes early. The receptionists said we had to wait until 3. Waited, then had to queue again for 15 minutes at 3 o'clock. Location is good. There was no staff member at the entrance lobby when we got back to the hotel at midnight. Felt a bit unsafe."
