「Clean, spacious room, comfortable beds & pillows. The staff was courteous and greeted people when arrived at the hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel location is convenient, short distance walks to local markets. One suggestion is the shower area which needs a faster water drainage.」

「The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday.」

「Older very small room. Multiple bees got into our room overnight and would not leave. Rock hard bed. Location only convenient for beach and nothing else. Amazing and kind staff though!」

「This is a clean and affordable place that offers great value for money. However, it is not within walking distance from Hoi An's Old Town, so transportation by car is necessary. It seems they offer free shuttle service to Hoi A twice a day but it was not available when we stayed there. It seems they run a free shuttle bus to/from Hoi An twice a day, but we couldn't use the service on the day we stayed due to maintenance. 」

「The hotel location is good, only a 5-minute walk to the night market and within a 10-minute walk to the old town. The environment is quiet but convenient. The only thing that needs to improve is the breakfast. 」

「The room was dirty. Housekeeping said they cleanes it and there were still bugs in the bathtub. Staff would not check it eventhough i should them pictures. Staff finally gave me cleaning supplies so i could clean the room myself. The water bottles in the room and not cleaned before they are refilled so not sure if they are safe to use. We had booked a week and only stayed 2 days with no refund. Worse hotel we've stayed in 25 years. The only thing good about the place is the breakfast.」

「Cons: 1. Pics online don't look much like the room I paid for. 2. Smelled of mold, mold in the bathroom and shower. 3. Up arrival, had to ask for my sheets to changed, not sure if it was weak cleaning or dirty sheets. 4. This place is a place for back packers. It's really small. It was okay for 3days, but I wouldn't return. I saw other hotels nearby, that saved for my next visit. I should've left the first night and forfeited my money, but it was a no refund policy. 5.
