「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「Nice clean room. It was refreshed every other day. Upon arrival we were asked what kind of stay we were in the area for, and some lovely suggestions were given. We asked for an extra pillow, and it was quickly given to us. We had trouble opening the door on the last day, and were assisted before we needed to visit the office. 「I didn't have my service animal this time. I was ok i just needed a quiet sleep. I couldn't get the tv on. I guess because i got the short end of the thought pool. But it was a bed and i was tired. Might need to clean the air filter for the A/C. It was fine. Breakfast was accommodating 」
