Staff very unfriendly on cell phone with personal, room some what clean, shower head restricted low pressure, but entire area very dirty, next morning breakfast area very nasty no clean tables even do empty, food area nasty not what I was expecting

Naples Grande Beach Resort
Hotel rooms could use some updating. The lost a package and found it finally the last day of my stay. They were helpful in finding it but it was a frustrating experience.

Hilton Garden Inn Ft Myers
Service at the desk was very good. The room was not as shown in the online picture and smelled of mold. Stayed two hours and got 75$ of total bill back. Terrible.
