Every member of staff made it all considerably easier for me due to their immaculate professionalism throughout, i wish i could recall their names but from the lady on reception to the ladies cleaning the room, it was elite level. 「This is a lovely hotel to stay at. The staff are friendly and helpful. My shower wasn't working properly so they moved me to another room. Both rooms were were very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Its close to central Hull - the main square being a 5min walk away. My breakfast was good with various options.」

「Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature. Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to. Close to the town centre and transport routes - approximate 5 min walk from...

「游泳池和gym好舒服，晚上和第二日早上都有去，更衣室設備齊全，有按摩池和桑拿。 房間有點熱，但有配備額外的風扇，沒有很辛苦，感謝酒店晚上提供免費的雪條。 停車位已包在房價內，如果付費的話是£5一日。 窗台有點髒，房內也沒有內線電話，有一點不方便。但主要為了游泳池而來，而且房價便宜，整個旅程過得很不錯，前台服務很好，非常友善。 不用自助入住，有職員為客人check in。」
