Lovely quiet room if a bit dark. Only interaction with staff was at check in and out as our room was along the road from the main building. This was different from a normal hotel stay but made it seem more that we were in our own apartment as a local, which was wonderful. Good size room and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Small park across from the building and a friendly local pub at the end of the road. All in all a lovely relaxing stay.

The staff are very welcome. The room is spacious. Nice and clean. And it’s in a good location to walk to the local amenities, such as the museum quarter and to The Deep.

A huge bonus is the free parking, which is a rare and welcome perk that made our stay stress-free from the moment we arrived. The staff are the heart and soul of this hotel. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay memorable, they greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Hotel is a bit run down in need of some works. Water pressure in the shower non existent. The bed was not comfy, the room overall was large and clean, the breakfast quite good and cooked to order. Very very noisy as walls are paper thin and some rooms overlook the rubbish bins and the rubbish collection happens very early in the morning.

Fantastic hotel. Nice to visit a hotel with the personal touch rather than a large chain. Large rooms and so handy for when going to the theatre. Good choice at breakfast. I will definitely return and try the theatre dinner and room package next time.

So convenient for visiting Hull New Theatre. Parking permit included so no worries re parking. 50m from theatre. Staff so friendly, food very hot and tasty. Would stay there again.
