"Love the big out door pool that’s open year round and the view of the lake. Staff are friendly. Room is clean and comfortable and spacious. The bathtub is great. This is our go to place every time we are in Osoyoos. "

"The hotel was beautiful. However there were some issues. Firstly, we stayed for 3 nights and on the second full day at 2pm our room still had not been cleaned. Garbage was overflowing, so we called the front desk and they said they we were on the list to be cleaned that day. Does housekeeping not come daily anymore at hotels? They came when we left and emptied the garbages, gave us new towels but only made 1 of the 3 beds. We were gone hours so it’s not like the didn’t have time to make the other two beds. On our last night we went to the pool and hot tub with our kids. When we got out all of our skin was itching and dry. My bathing suit was ruined from off balance chemicals. It bleached my black bathing suit to brown. We talked to the front desk and they had maintenance check the chemicals. We were told they were higher and they would give us 10% off our stay. However later after we checked out I received an email from the hotel saying the chemicals were within safe limits. Considering it ruined my bathing suit and all of our skin and hair feels dried out, this cannot be true. "

"One night in Room 214: Bath had not been washed. The shower curtain is frayed and needs better washing. The bathroom sink was clogged. The toilet is a cheap Chinese brand that clogs if you just look at it. A lot of dust visible on some of the furniture and a lot behind the television. Living room table is very scratched and worn. Back of toilet seat would require better cleaning. There are no bars to hang towels from even though there is plenty of wall space to install them. I do not understand the high rating this establishment received. A complaint was made when we left."
