「No real complaints the sink in our bathroom was dripping and their maintenance person was out so they fixed that with a bucket so it wouldn’t go on the floor. It was barely dripping, and the only other complaint that I had was that none of the TVs would connect to their Wi-Fi. They don’t have cable and they don’t have phones in their room. I’m pretty sure he just took over this property so that might be some stuff that’s coming by overall, very good experience it was quiet for the most part even...

「The property does not have a safe. Someone knocked on my door very early to clean the room, and the electrical outlets were loose.」

「Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!」
