Staff was polite and helpful. Our room was spacious. Meds were comfortable. The shower was out of shampoo and the men’s bathroom downstairs was out of order, but breakfast was delicious.

Amazing staff. Very friendly. The breakfast was excellent each morning (including eggs, oatmeal, waffles, sausage). They accept pets which was amazing for us and had doggie stations outside which made clean up so easy. I would definitely stay again.

Jackie at the front desk is the sweetest and the older lady who helps with the breakfast was so kind!! I love this property! The hotel next door is so much cheaper but we will always pay the higher price for Hampton Inn because we are taken care of and our babies are safe!

We were in town for an art show at the civic center. It was only 1/2 mile from the hotel, so very convenient for us. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, and our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very pleasant stay!

We stay here for all of our son’s home games @ Nicholls State. It’s by far the best hotel in Thibodaux….very clean & updated. And, all of the staff are super friendly.

Always a good choice in Thibodaux.
We had a short wait to check-in. It was not an issue, the receptionist was very friendly and apologetic. She even found us a room that was ready, similar to the one booked. The room was spotless, as usual, and we were pleased with our stay.

Spacious Rooms and Clean Environment
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom was clean with lots of amenities, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is included and plentiful. Lots of restaurants all around. Nice place to relax. One complaint - the pool was not clean and it was not pleasant to sit outside because of it.
