「It was such a nice hotel:)」

「The staff were very helpful, especially reception. The main issue was that they didn’t have enough staff to clean the rooms and have them ready for those checking in. We checked in early and were told the room would be ready between 3-4 PM. Our room wasn’t ready in time and we ended up waiting and waiting along with other guests. The other change since last year is the removal of the complementary EV charging stations. They have been replaced by paid charging stations but nobody at the front...

「We place an Make up the room sign on the room door, but our room never got made up. There were no face clothes in the room. Air conditioning had been turned off during the day in the room, so when we went to take possession of the room, it was like an oven. It took 24 hours to cool down.」

「Room 104, floors were slanted and the room was very small. It was old and smelled. Should not jave been the same cost as the newer side of the hotel」

「The breakfast was very sketchy. We checked in, after 3 pm, the hard boiled eggs were still in the display cabinet. At that point we decided NOT to partake of any breakfast, because of food safety.」

「Booked. 2 nights at 360 a night check in was supposed to be 4:00 didn’t get in till 5:00 to find an old dirty room with blood on the curtain. They had no other rooms so we left. Hoping I get refunded」

「Nice to stay in a smaller, boutique style motel. Rooms fully renovated and comfortable. Enjoyed the access to the beach. Will have to take advantage of the outdoor bbq next time.」

「We originally stopped by earlier on check in day and requested an earlier check in. Mathew, who was very accommodating said he would try to make it happen and call me when it was ready. He did call around 3 so we went by. The room was not ready yet so we left until about 4:30. We then checked back in signed in. Packing luggage upstairs we noticed a lot of empty beer cans scattered around the parking lot. We got into our room to find it had not been cleaned, beer cans in the sink, beds not made....
