This is a great place to stay. It is clean and easy to access. They have a pool and ice and laundry on site. The beds have a memory foam on the top so if this is a problem plan ahead. I will stay here again. We went as a family of four and the room was big and had lots of space for us.

We have stayed at the Rosedale many times, and this time, we met the new owner, Andrew. He was very welcoming, organized, and gave us a pet friendly, end unit on the main floor. The Rosedale is an older place, but it does have a nice pool, picnic area, and tables and chairs just outside of your room, where we like to sit in the evening, and meet other travellers. This hotel is in a great location as it is just a short walk to downtown Summerland, as well as the Peacock Perch pub, where the food is fantastic.

100% satisfaction. Stopped by this motel on road trip with my family. Two daughters, the wife, and a 4 year old dog. A clean,big room with two queen size beds. Nice, quiet area with gas station,and shops near by.
