"Although we loved the staff, they were super sweet and tried to help in anyway they could, unfortunately our room was dusty, was missing the TV remote and was never cleaned by the cleaning service while we were there (we did not have the do not disturb sign up or any reason why is shouldn’t be cleaned). We asked for it to be cleaned but were told the cleaning service was gone for the day unfortunately. They did replenish whatever we needed however and felt bad. We did like the location (near the Capital and FSU), and all the perks of being a Marriot member. We will try it again, because regardless of these things, we did like the vibe and the staff a lot. They made up for what had gone wrong with perks, even without asking so we appreciated that. We were also told they are renovating soon/which would be amazing in our opinion."
