"Huge 1hour wait at Check in! All the lights in the room are bright hospital LED white, terrible look. But if you can get it for a low Price, the rooms are huge, pool great and amazing location."

"Traveled with 2 teen girls and my husband. The 2 bedroom condo was very large, comfortable and clean. It had everything you would need. The whole property was beautiful. Lots to do. My husband fished at specific little lakes. He loved that. My only tiny complaint, the River lake pool with the lazy river is not heated. We had a little but of cool weather. That pool wasnt as enjoyable as I had hoped becauseit was cold. If it was heated or warmer out, it wouldve been my favorite. The pools near the registration building were heated and crowded. We were fortunate to get 4 chairs. I do recommend claiming your chairs early like everyone else does. Food options were great. I would definitely recommend this resort. "

"The room was clean but very shabby and in obvious need of more extensive maintenance. The end tables had been covered with some kind of vinyl faux marble and it was dull and bubbling up like poor quality contact paper. The shower in the master bath was unusable as the glass doors were broken and could not slide open. There was no toilet paper in the suite on check in and I had to call housekeeping to bring some. There also were no bedding materials for the pull out couch so another call to housekeeping was needed to fix that issue. The market on property is exorbitantly overpriced. You can buy the same snacks at Whole Foods for 1/3 the price."

"A completely welcoming hotel where the staff take pride in customer service and accommodation. Although the room is small, it contains the necessary comforts. The bathroom is very small and tight; tricky to maneuver. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and I was lucky enough to get a spectacular view of the traffic roundabout."

"THE LOBBY DECOR LOOKS BETEER THAN THE HOTEL ROOM. THE BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON A COT"

"This property has Valet parking only at 65.00. Street parking is the same price. Your car is suppose to be protected but they seem to like to damage people's cars and then not say anything. They had to have known its not a scratch its a DEEP scratch on my brand new car. "
