"Location was nice but the electrical outlets did not work. The hotel service team put a core from one side of the room to the other side just for the TV. I was not able to charge my phone or make coffee in the morning. "

"I feel like the property is a hidden gem. My family enjoyed it. A bar on site would be nice for the adults. Everything was very clean. Only gripe was I called the front desk about 3 times for housekeeping items and they never got delivered. Communication aspect needs improvement but overall I was happy with my stay."

"I thought I booked a nice resort for my husband, my 1 yr old and I, its more like a pretty motel 6. The front desk was very friendly but once I found my room, which is outside by the way, the key didnt work my husband had to hike back to the front office three times. They informed me if there was any smoke at all in the room I would be charged $250. Which I’m fine with I don’t smoke. Well that night I woke up smelling smoke and freaked out, apparently the person next to our room was smoking outside our room and there is a big gap at the bottom of our door so anytime someone smokes I could smell it. Very frustrating since I have my 1 yr old with us. People were loud until 1am the walls are paper thin you hear everything! If your looking for a nice resort this isn’t it. The breakfast is a joke the same watered down eggs and hard pieces of bacon you get at a cheep hotel. I didn’t feel safe. Gave me the creeps"

"Bathroom had a ton of hair on the floor. Bed was super squeaky. At check in, the attendant was texting which extended the process an extra 5-10 minutes. "

"The staff was awesome super friendly and all smiles. Very helpful when asking for place to go in the area for dinner. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were update probably not long ago. For the money a great hotel. It was a last minute for me to book. The White House was not but a half mile walk with a ton of restaurants close by. "

"The main slides and lazy river were closed including the larger slide in the kids area. Phone in room didn’t work. No towels in any room bathrooms. Room was not clean, hair from previous guests on pillow and in bathroom. My son had a live roach in his room. Hallways in our building were carpeted a d smelled like mildew. Our second night there we were woken up not once but twice by the hotel fire alarm going off, people running to evacuate in the middle of the night. No idea what caused it and we were never told. Poor experience."
