"First of all when I arrived to the location, there was a big pool water in the kitchen. I cleaned it up no biggie then I went to get ice from the refrigerator and the ice was not working. I tried calling maintenance. I tried calling front desk. I tried for my cell phone to call the resort no one ever picked up the phone. Second day fire alarm went off I called over six times to the front desk and no one ever picked up. I love this resort and I’ve been staying here for over five years, but the lack of staff has made a big impact on my experience this last day. Stayed. Top of this the waterpark did not open for the entire weekend. That’s one of the main reasons I stay there so my kids can enjoy the waterpark and I was not told fire that the waterfront was going to be closed. This really affected my experience since I am a mom and the waterpark is one of the main reasons I stay at this property. I feel was very unfair that the waterpark was closed and I was not told in advance.."
