「Great location centre of the town by a car park where you can see your car parked. Very quiet comfortable. Needs more hangers. Local railway we seen the Flying Scotchman. Nice local beaches. Bars and restaurants walking distance. Excellent facilities.」

「Don't get me wrong. Staff was very friendly, Room was clean and food was good. Unfortunaetly when is -1 outside and you turning heating off from 8pm for over the night. Room temp droping to 12 degrees. When I arrived heating was on but not, when ive returned from meal. I'was shivering all night and couldnt sleep. No one there at night to complain. Cannot recommend you guys, no matter how cheap or expensive it was, you should look after customers. 」

「The Beach Hotel is a social enterprise run by the YMCA as an apprenticeship scheme. In light of this we had quite modest expectations for our stay. But these were misplaced - the hotel is spotlessly clean, and run by professional, welcoming staff. The occasion was a large family reunion, and the restaurant served us all with a good simple dinner in an efficient and timely way. Service was excellent. The location opposite the beach is delightful and quite quiet - and very convenient for the West...

「I have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. Staff are always super friendly and very welcoming. You get a real welcoming ‘local pub’ feel when you go in. The bar area is really cosy and the food is fantastic-large portions and a good choice on the menu. Sunday roast is great too!! Rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. An excellent place to stay so I would highly recommend. 」
