"We had one downfall on our experience but the guy at the desk name Teagan his badge said Hotel menger…he gave us the best customer service and made us feel comfortable about our stay. "Great location to Riverwalk. Had an outdoor patio but it did not have any chairs to sit on or couches like the website showed. This is a beautiful area that should be used. Maybe re-do the outdoor area for guests to use in the evenings. Utilize this space!"
