「Everything was great! This hotel is well kept, clean, staff is friendly. A nice surprise was the gift shop with the ticket counter where you can get ticket to the shows and attractions. We were even able to book our tickets for Dolly Parton’s Stampede here. Breakfast was good and the salt water pool was nice especially for the rainy day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Branson!」

「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...

「The pool area was in disarray because of winter but still looked messy if you used the back door. The rooms were very clean and staff were very welcoming. Nice place will stay again.」

「Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections. 」

「The pool was very cold, especially the room in general. The hot tub was extremely small and hard to get in and out of (more like a hot tub you'd expect in someone's home, not a hotel). The main area of the hotel was very crowded and loud most of the time. The staff was very kind and responsive. 」

「Bathroom light was out and was not replaced. Other than that, everything was good! 」
