「The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.」

「Very spacious villas that are excellent for families that travel in groups. Breakfast is mediocre at best, and pools are only fun for the kids, but you're not in Grenada for pools.」

「The staff was super sweet. The resort is a little on the quiet side. Needs more entertainment and exciting things to do. They tend to run out of food options very quickly. At times the Diamond Club staff wasn't so accommodating. I feel like it made sense to just get a regular room as there were no major differences in the Diamond Club package outsode of alcohol options and the swim out. The food was tasty and overall we had a great time. Joshim & Jemisha made our experience memorable.」
