"We were upgraded to a suite by the events coordinator. The space was ample , with a kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a tub, and a large balcony with seating. All the furniture was comfortable, but the room was somewhat dated. The restaurant was terrific, and breakfast was wonderful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel were beatiful and quite grand. However the guest rooms could use some updating."

Almost every guest who had to check out or were heading out at the same time and with 50 over floors and only 3 elevators, the wait was terrible. You could tell everyone had been waiting a really long time and were getting so frustrated. So try avoiding the regular check-out time to save the pain."
