No problems when it comes to parking, air and AC working well, the staff being helpful and polite, and rooms being clean. Over all we had a great stay, though the bed and pillows were a bit too soft for our liking.

Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch
Great location for the Arch and Busch Stadium. It was also very nice to have a full breakfast as well as happy hour drinks (up to three) and hors d’oeuvres at 5:30. Great staff as well.

Nice amenities with indoor pool, hot tub, breakfast, happy hour, free parking. Older room with wear and tear. Lock kept malfunctioning.

21C Museum Hotel St Louis
Location was great and hotel newly updated. There could be improvement with communication among staff members. One front desk member told us we could check out late at 12pm and another was rude and dismissive toward us when we asked for new keys to let us in past normal check out time. This was frustrating ...
