One of the main reasons for booking the Waddington Arms was that the website said they have an EV charger. Upon arrival we found out that it had been removed last year, luckily enough I was able to charge up in clitheroe. I would go back regardless of the lack of charger, although it would have been a bonus」

「I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
