"The team at the hotel took a personal touch with my son and family and took care of us like family. The room with the spa pool was amazing.
The hotel was clean and the views of the pyramids every morning and night were amazing.
When you arrive the outside of the location is not the best and the elevator is interesting but the area is very safe and the locals are amazing.

"The staff were polite and very friendly. I'd lost my charger for my phone and one of the young ladies gave me 1 to use for my stay. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel even next to major rode was quiet. I got some much needed sleep."
