I had an amazing experience staying here. The hospitality was excellent and the staff were very kind and welcoming. I stayed ther 3 days and the room was clean, staff so helpful,also i had airport shuttle for pick up for free its complimentary for my stay so when i was arrive the driver was waiting for me at the arrival with name on it no more hassle for me. and i had a free breakfast including my stay so they are fresh and the view at rooftops while eating there was so fabulous, looking at the GEM and the pyramid view. I had a lovely stay...

I had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options! Perfect location. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The airport lost our luggage and the concierge personally went out and bought us supplies the first night of the trip. All of the staff members were so friendly and helped us arrange Ubers and gave us recommendations on where to go. Rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The rooftop view of the pyramid and the new museum is breathtaking. Will definitely rebook here on my next trip.

Sandra und Hana ware sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie haben versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war arabisch, lecker und ausreichend. Das Abendessen dauert leider ca. 1 Stunde und ist nicht sehr lecker. Ich würde auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder ko.men.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay at this hotel was. We were greeted with warmth, professionalism, kindness, and the most welcoming hospitality every day of our stay! Every single person working there between the day and nights shifts were so kind, attentive, and friendly. Communication for anything you need was so fast and done with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for the experience, cleanliness, comfort, and incredible views of the pyramids from the rooftop! No complaints at all!

Breakfast is horrible . You can’t even eat that food . Staff was great. Rooms were alright . Towels were super uncomfortable (old) bring lotion just to use it after the towel . Hotel entrance was horrible. Good luck getting an uber . Airport shuttle was free but honestly never again. Driver was going really fast and very risky . This hotel should not be on Expedia honestly. Staff was great tho
