「We arrived 15 minutes after the stated 3 pm check-in time but our room wasn’t ready until 4:15 pm. When we got into the room, it was clean. However, the carpet was soaking wet, apparently because of a fresh shampooing. Then we had an issue with our air conditioning in the room, where the condensate drain was apparently plugged, preventing the room from ever drying out.
There were 2 elevators, but 1 was intermittently out of order.
I don’t recommend this hotel. We won’t be returning to this...

「This was a nightmare. The entire hotel is infested with cockroaches. The maid service was totally incompetent. We had to assist when and if we caught a cleaning lady and sweep our own floors and make our beds and ask multiple times for linens and bed sheets. No mops. No wiping of anything. I wanted a refund immediately but was told there was nothing we could do because we went through expedia. Tried to contact expedia and there are no humans to talk to. We paid ahead for 11 nights.
