"One day of checkout was taking stuff to car has left a few things in room to come back for. When got back up to room the housekeeping people was already in there going through my stuff and throwing it away. Caught the lady with my ketchup bottle in her hand pull it back out of bag when I opened the door. They had also already threw my bag of Doritos and a drink away. Check out was at 11am. This all happened around 10am why was they in my room already going through my stuff before checkout time? "

"Ok I will be completely honest, do not I repeat do not look at the picture's. Take the pictures and add about 15 years worth of age on top of it. First and foremost the setup of the resort is very confusing. There is two separate buildings far apart from each other and there is no telling what building you are in until you check in. And in the second building there is no staff to help you so if you need help you have to go way down the road to get it. Secondly what’s presented in the pictures is just not the case anymore. The building is old and worn down and needs maintenance badly. As far as the rooms, we had the two bedroom suite in the second building. parking was good and ample. The room was clean and had everything you need. The beds were horrible and need to be replaced the glass doors did not lock so if you have little kids I had to constantly make sure mine weren’t on the balcony by themselves because the doors wouldn’t lock. The location was good but it took them a while to find my Expedia reservation and at first was trying to get me to repay it and cancel on Expedia. All in all I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 my family enjoyed themselves sleep was rough but hey what can I expect for spring break. If money is tight this will be ample but if it’s not I would look at better alternatives. "

"Everything was great just the ballet seemed a little overwhelmed and not so friendly during the time. But they were short handed other than that it was great."

"Overall a good experience. Surprised to see service fee added to restaurant bills and no indication from server. Had I not thoroughly looked over the bill I would have excessively tipped.The staff should tell guests that there is 25% gratuity automatically added. Movie night cancelled due to lack of staffing? This was disappointing. The water jugs by the pool were empty before 2 and never refilled."

"All staff was very pleasant from check in to check out. The room was clean. The indoor pool was not heated, so it was a little cold. Towels were provided which is very nice. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay there again."

"Room wasn’t very clean, extremely dated. We found a bug in the kitchen.not all hot tubs were working or not warm. No staff to be found or contact when you needed help. The floors in out room were so dirty we had to put towels down to clean the floor. Also they don’t have restrooms by the pool. "
