"Overall good, but old interior."

"Pool was very good. Breakfast was ok ok. Rooms didn't have body wash or water bottles. Entire hotel didn't have a single water fountain when I was thirsty. Had to go to reception to buy water. "

"The breakfast was amazing bianca was nice but expensive , the buffet should be a one time pay and you get to stay duri ng your stay. Phones in the room do not work hotel under construction pool out of a service had to ask for free drink no refill on coffee cups or pods had to ask for my 4 day atay bar tender worked not very pleasnt in am when we asked for coffee it.was 659 he said i dont open till 7 he was not very nice"

"The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the other staff we encountered were also pleasant. There were a few downsides during our stay. The water park was closed, possibly due to the off-season or maintenance. The battery in our room door keypad died, but maintenance came within a few minutes and fixed it. The bed linens had stains, and it took a while to receive clean replacements. My husband also saw a small roach in the bathroom. Parking was okay, although the garage spaces were tight, which was expected, and valet is no longer offered. Despite those issues, the staff was kind and helpful, and I would stay here again."

"This place is excellent & so is the staff. Spacious rooms, clean spaces and awesome activity center. My only complaint, and it’s kinda a big one…I booked this in December. When I checked back on the reservation in March Expedia noted pool maintenance would be taking place the week we booked. I called Hilton 3 times to inquire which pool to ensure my kids would have a pool to swim in. Each time I called I was told they have no information on any pool maintenance. Of course once we arrived it was the indoor pool we were unable to use our entire stay. Wish we were informed ahead of time, we’d consider a different hotel. "
