"Very nice place to stay"

"Overall a good experience. Surprised to see service fee added to restaurant bills and no indication from server. Had I not thoroughly looked over the bill I would have excessively tipped.The staff should tell guests that there is 25% gratuity automatically added. Movie night cancelled due to lack of staffing? This was disappointing. The water jugs by the pool were empty before 2 and never refilled."

"All staff was very pleasant from check in to check out. The room was clean. The indoor pool was not heated, so it was a little cold. Towels were provided which is very nice. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay there again."

"We had to wait on our room. When it was ready we had 2 bedroom suite it was dirty I mean filthy. Previous people clothes folded into the beds of one of our first bedroom with twin beds. Floor full of dirt, sand and food pieces. Showers were not clean the master bathroom tub was clogged. Food in the sinks. Bedroom night stands dirty. Caprisuns pouches in the bed under sheets. We made front desk aware of the issues within 1 hour of us being there. We had to make our own beds first night. Addressed front desk again second day. House keeping came to room and asked what did we want like we were the problem. Left for the day and came back 10:30pm room was still dirty. Third day addressed front desk again to have room properly cleaned it didn’t get done until after 2pm and still was half way cleaned and given dirty wash clothes . I will never stay here ever again ! "

"We weren’t able to check into our room until almost 8 o clock at night. We got there at 3:30, checked in, but they told us to come back in an hour because the room wasn’t ready yet. When we came back, the line was so long for check in, I instantly began panicking after a 13 hour travel day wondering if we were ever gonna get our room. My two boys were with their Dad at the pool so I would go back and forth hoping for the line to die down. Around 7:30 pm I figured the line was not getting smaller so I chose to at last stand in the line. Noticing a new person on shift, I politely told the man I had already checked in hours ago and just need keys to our room. He allowed me to go in and spread check in and FINALLY got our room. In all the trips we’ve taken, nothing had caused me so much stress and anxiety then wondering if we were gonna be able to check in to our hotel that had been booked months in advance. Because of this, we won’t stay here again. We’ve stayed at the SeaCrest which we loved but chose Crown Reef because of the bigger water park. Not worth it!"
