"Overall - its a great hotel. Rooms are clean, bathroom is large and the location is great (5 minutes walk to the beach or bus, 10 minutes to train + lots of restaurants around) - its a bit of a trek to the main mall, but still, as long as you are active, its perfectly located. What lets it down is how fast it becomes claustrophobic - the minimal natural light available in the room and the lack of space to store anything. We stayed with 3 of us in the room (1 queen + 1 single) and there was only one towel hook! No space to leave a suitcase anywhere. It was just cramp. It would be a perfect room for a solo business traveller, not a family there for a week. Free washing machine and dryer in the basement though was very handy. Oooh and the full size bath for a child was also great."

"Service was quite meh - reception staff was not helpful when asking for more info, seemed distant and cold. Worse was the over-crowded executive lounge - crazy long wait of at least 30 min so we gave up on our free welcome champagne. There was no offer to send to our room despite the wait. Long queue at breakfast too and paid USD50 per pax so not worth it - could be the weekend but hotel needs to cater for this."

"Ocean view and 30th Floor view was amazing. We were on the main food, street entertainment shops walking street in Huenday Beach was only a few blocks away. We loved the location!"
