"Stayed for three nights as a couple. First time in Busan, came from Seoul on my first trip to South Korea. Pros: 1. Good location for Haeundae Beach, lots of food options. 2. Excellent value for money. 3. Suite double was very spacious. Cons: 1. Shower water was tepid at hottest setting; did not get any hotter no matter how long you waited. 2. Garment steam closet and induction hob did not work. Luckily not important for us. 3. Touristic sites are spread out at different parts of Busan, which is a very spread out city. Expect 1 to 1.5 hours travel time between Haeundae to central Busan, and similar journey time from central to east Busan."

"Generally a good hotel but the AC basically did not work at all in our room during 32+ C and very humid temperatures. It never went below 25 Celsius in our room. They provided two fans but a five star property should offer properly functioning AC in rooms. They offered a bottle of cheap wine and some chocolates but that was really a useless token of appreciation."

Anook Resort & Spa Busan Haeundae

"This is already a strong review—warm, specific, and credible. I’d mainly smooth a few phrases and tighten the breakfast/location sections: Anook means “cozy”… and our stay was COZY! The staff was courteous and helpful, the hotel and facilities were clean, and our room was exactly as pictured and described. We booked the Deluxe Junior Suite and found it comfortable, spacious enough for our needs, and a perfect fit for our stay. Earlier in our trip, we had stayed at another hotel in Haeundae that did not meet our expectations, so Anook Resort & Spa was a very welcome change. If you enjoy a simple Korean/Asian-style breakfast, I recommend the breakfast buffet. Booking breakfast in advance as part of your hotel package saves about 25%. There were also baked goods and fruit available. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the main Haeundae shopping area and the beach, with a large variety of restaurants, shops, and conveniences nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at Anook again when we return to Busan!"
