"This stay was a 1 star due to serious sanitation and safety issues that made the room uninhabitable. Onsite garage isn’t owned by hotel and had height restriction of 6’ and I was unable to accommodate full size SUV. Alternate garage suggested blocks away with no shuttle, no monetary offset and had to carry luggage and walk with children through the city. I documented multiple bodily fluid stains (blood, urine, hair), food debris, old socks left behind and a broken door. On-site staff did not offer support that evening and escalated to management but I was never contacted. I escalated to Expedia customer supoort."

"Room was well-appointed and large. However, it was lots of codes 4-6 digits long to get through each door. If you get locked out as most do in the reviews, getting in touch with them is a bit difficult. As far as location, it's proximity to everything could not get better. Great location, hip neighborhood, and amazing restaurants nearby. Would like to visit again. Just hope the codes don't lock us out again."

"Clean remodeled rooms, adorable decor, staff was friendly, and check in/out process was smooth. Breakfast was not included in my package. It would have been nice to have free breakfast! But when booked through third party, breakfast is not included. "
