"Friendly staff, good location and comfy beds. That's it. The property itself and rooms are very outdated. Overpriced parking rates. Very pungent smell of deodorizing products around the common areas, most likely to hide the typical "old building smell" Stained sofa-bed mattress. I found a roaches' bait behind the sofa which deterred me from walking barefoot. It gave me the creeps to even take a shower, to be honest. I wouldn't choose this hotel again. Any Holiday Inn would do better than this. "

"The staff were nice and addressed concerns I had with loud guests. It was the weekend starting spring break so just rowdy children but the night manager was great addressing it. The only issue I had is that I booked the room under me and paid for it. My friend called to add herself to the reservation and the hotel did it without even verifying with me that it was ok. All my friend did was give my name and say my flight was delayed. Upon check in, they completely removed me off the reservation. While I understand your staff was doing my friend a favor and I’m glad it worked out- verifying with said guest that this person is with them is important. I’ve had plenty of stalkers and it’s alarming to know all she did was give my name and you completely took me off the reservation. Apart from that, the floor in the room was gross, but overall it was adequate for a quick stay."

"The first two times we stayed here the rooms were so nice. Evidently some rooms have not been updated. Unfortunately, we stayed in one of those our third stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom very outdated. I will not stay again in one of these rooms. This is sad for such a nice hotel. "
