「We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」

「Nice hotel in the heart of Toulouse, near the train station, walkable to city centre. Decorations inside the suite were quite fun. Staff were very helpfully able to keep my bag before and after I had checked out.」

「We were greeted by a very kind man at the reception desk who spoke very good English. The room was lovely. We picked it cause of its proximity to the airport with a shuttle and also because of the name of the Holiday inn as we stayed in many before. 」

「Absolutely wonderful! We have just spent 7 nights in this hotel. I do not know where to start as everything was just fantastic. The hotel is in an excellent position for trams and trains yet is absolutely peaceful and tranquil. The beds are so comfortable and the staff who are all young people are amazing They work incrediby hard and always with a smile and are just so helpful and kind. 「從機場到飯店的接駁車,足足讓我們等了一個小時,飯店與機場的距離才短短5分鐘的時間,我們又再打電話進飯店,櫃台說司機已經在路上,卻在20分鐘後出現,並且一句道歉都沒說,從白天等到天黑, 非常不建議這家飯店,服務太差了From the airport to the hotel's shuttle bus, full let us wait one hour away from the hotel and the airport was just five minutes, we again call into the hotel, the counter said that the driver has been on the way, but in 20 minutes after emergence, and an apology did not say, from day until dark, very not recommend this hotel, bad service.」
