The wheel

Very clean, comfortable and good location in Tettnang. Limited parking. Spacious restaurant area and terrace. No tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom.

It was all fine, but the bed (new building) was so uncomfortable. The mattress is very soft, the pillows were so thick that neither of us could sleep on them. There is of course no A/C, so at night it got rather warm and the thick blankets were useless as well (provide thin sheets for summer maybe?)

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Rückseite/Parkplatz, was normalerweise relativ gut ist, außer wenn die anderen Gäste nachts zwischen 1 und 3 Uhr von einer Feier zurückkommen und sich dann noch ausgiebig über den vergangenen Abend unterhalten müssen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend, alles da. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Mangel war, dass das Restaurant geschlossen war und es auch keinen Getränkeautomaten gab, an dem man sich für die Nacht noch versorgen konnte.

Das Zimmer klasse, sehr geräumig und hatte ein tolles Bad. Ein wunderbarer Balkon für Raucher. Leider ist die WLAN Verbindung ziemlich schlecht gewesen und stieg permanent aus. Ebenso der SAT Empfang. Ich dachte durch WLAN könnte ich unseren restliche Abend noch retten, war aber leider nicht möglich. Alles tot. Ansonsten ein nettes Hotel, Restaurant nutzten wir nicht und das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas mager für den Zimmerpreis. Wir waren übrigens nur eine Nacht zu einem Konzert in Tettnang.

Wunderschön familiengeführtes Hotel, welche mit Zeit geht , sowohl Ausstattung und Design, Speisekarte und Frühstücksbuffet ! Sehr zu empfehlen! Ich kenne das Haus schon viele Jahre , es war schön zu erleben wie es gemeinsam mit der nächsten Generation geführt wird. Es war ein sehr schönes Wochende und wir werden wieder kommen!

Einfach nur spitze ;)

Unser spontaner Aufenthalt war einfach nur Klasse. Das Hotel, der Services das Personal einfach alles war spitze. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und das Abendessen ein Traum. Also unser nächster spontan Urlaub wird uns sicher wieder ins Hotel Rad führen. Ach ja und der Hopfen Gin ist suuuper lecker. Wir empfehlen das Hotel Rad zu 100 % weiter
