Im Badezimmer war ein starker Chlorgeruch wahrzunehmen, und das Zimmer roch muffig nach alten Möbeln. Die Kissen waren für uns leider nicht geeignet – zu weich und zu niedrig – und es gab keine alternativen Optionen. Außerdem war es störend, dass im Nachbarzimmer Hunde allein gelassen wurden und über längere Zeit gebellt haben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber mit deutlichem Verbesserungspotenzial.

The hotel is located right on the water. The boat to Mainau Island docks directly in front of the hotel, which is convenient if you want to go to the flower Island. Parking is across the street. Great service, but the Wi-Fi is sketchy in some parts of hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

+ L hôtel est situé au bord du lac. La chambre etait très agréable et confortable avec une vue magnifique. Bon petit déjeuner - la difficulté à atteindre l hôtel. C est sûr, nous y etions le week-end de l Ascension. Le GPS nous a induit en erreur et embarqué dans une rue piétonne très encombrée. La galère. En fait il n y a pas de parking sur place mais un parking public. Heureusement la personne de la réception nous a donné un pass pour le parking couvert, a 15 euros la nuit, mais a 300m de l hôtel. Le départ le matin a été plus facile
