As the name implies, the Central Hotel is situated near the Friedrichshafen City center. It has excellent parking facilities if you chose to travel by car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had booked an Economy room and was warned that the rooms size might be a bit of a challenge for a person of my size. It turned that the room was indeed small but sufficiently sized. The bathroom was brandnew, the bed was fine for my size. Breakfast was not included but was offered for an extra charge. It was the classic Continental, filling and of good quality. Room and Hotel are recommended and I certainly consider staying there again next year.

Achtung, die Meinungen sind widersprüchlich, da zwei Personen an der Rezeption arbeiten: eine sehr freundliche und höfliche Person und die andere... Ich ziehe es vor, nicht zu viele Kommentare abzugeben, aber wir sind um 20:30 Uhr angekommen und haben mehrmals gehört, dass die Rezeption des Hotels um 20:00 Uhr schließt. Ja, eine Hotelrezeption, die um 20:00 Uhr schließt, und die Person an der Rezeption hat uns keine Nachricht hinterlassen, weil sie behauptete, unsere Telefonnummer sei falsch. Sie hatte einfach vergessen, die Vorwahl für Frankreich zu verwenden. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß und laut, man hört die Autos auf der Straße vorbeifahren, die Nachbarn im Zimmer, und die Dekoration ist eher schlicht für ein Zimmer, das 150 Euro pro Nacht kostet. Man muss Ohrstöpsel in der Apotheke holen, wenn man schlafen will. Ein weiteres Problem: Wir sind im Urlaub, und das Frühstück, wie uns die Person an der Rezeption mitteilt, endet um 9:00 Uhr... Und Überraschung: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Das heißt, Sie können das Fenster öffnen und werden vom Lärm geweckt, oder Sie schließen das Fenster und es wird sehr, sehr heiß. Ich bereue es, mich auf die Bewertungen verlassen zu haben, die wirklich nicht objektiv und fragwürdig sind. Ich glaube nicht, dass jemand eine so hohe Bewertung für ein solches Hotel zu diesem Preis abgeben kann.

Kleines Zimmer mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Ein Balkon mit Stuhl u. Tisch, grosse Fenster und Rolläden zum verdunkeln. Sogar eine kleine Senseo mit Kaffeepad auf dem Zimmer. Ein Ventilator wenns mal zu heiss hergeht u. Getränkespender kostenlos Wasser ob ruhig oder Sprudel abfüllbar. Sehr praktisch. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet

Lage Hotel top. Frühstück gut und vielseitig. Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Rolladen defekt, Garderobe Halterungen lose, Kaffeemaschine nicht funktionsfähig. Bei Nachfrage konnte uns die Rezeptionistin bzw wohl Chefin auf nicht weiterhelfen. "Es sei halt so". Trotzdem. Für eine Nacht hat es aufgrund Sauberkeit und Lage gepasst obwohl 160 Euro pro Nacht zu teuer war dafür.

Einzelzimmer sehr klein, reicht aber. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer und gratis Softdrinks an der Rezeption gleicht es wieder aus.

Wunderbar und herzlich

Hallo zusammen, Ich war für eine Bootsprüfung 2 Tage am Bodensee. Die Zimmer sind zeitgemäß eingerichtet, die Bäder erschienen sehr neu. Obwohl ich bei meiner zweiten Nacht nur noch allein im Hotel war wurde mir ein tolles Frühstück mit all meinen Wünschen zubereitet. Alles in allem klasse Service und eine schöne Atmosphäre. Nur zu empfehlen.

Felt like staying at a guest house

It felt more like a family run guest house. Super attentive service and great staff. Rooms are simple but have everything you need including coffee machine. Free water and soft drinks. Location is close to the city and easy to get to by car or from the train station
