"The rooms were always clean but what made extra special our stay was the súper friendly staff, especially Lucila. She smiled always and did everything we needed, acted as concierge, bussed tables, recommended restaurants and places to visited, day and night. Every other staff member was the same. Even security helped with our Uber"
