「Rancho Encantado is the ultimate Southwestern getaway. The property is stunning, nestled quietly in the foothills away from the downtown noise. Having a private patio and cozy wood-burning fireplace made our casita feel like a home away from home. Impeccable Four Seasons service throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and reset in Santa Fe!」

「非常棒的景色，非常好的服务，点餐的食物也非常棒。」

「good」

「Room was clean and staff were friendly. The big disappointment was that when we checked in, the front desk staff member told us the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Our room was also located on the 4th floor! We had to haul our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs on which someone had spilled coffee. Stairs weren’t very clean or well maintained. Obviously many guests staying on the 4th floor hadn’t used the stairs previously. No discount or anything was offered...

「This was an average hotel. The bathroom door didn't want to stay shut. My husband could hardly get the shower spigot to come on because it was stuck. There was no freezer in the fridge, which we needed. We set the thermostat for 68 overnight to keep it cool, and it cranked up to 76 on its own. I finally just shut it off. The breakfast was average. The location was quiet.」

「Beautiful hotel in the center of old town. Excellent」

「Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out.」

「We took advantage of all of the amenities. Especially loved the always available shuttle and evening happy hours. Met lots of nice people and the staff were great. I miss them already.」

「The check-in staff was aloof and seemed bothered to explain where things were located. The valets were great The breakfast server was great」
