"For what it was, the stay was perfect. Friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. Room was spotless clean, had a very nice firm bed and more provided pillows than most hotels, the hotel had plenty of amazing restaurants in close proximity, a Konbini on the ground floor With a smoking area, and is a short walk from the nearest train station. "What a great view from the hotel! Free shuttle bus between train station and hotel. Great keiseki dinner and a good selection of buffet breakfast. We had a private onsen in our room, and it was great. You can even set the temperature you want yourself. There is no shops near the hotel, but there is a shop in the hotel itself which sells the basics, so no complaints."
