The one thing that could be better, was the frig. It wasn't cold enough on the highest setting and our milk spoiled. We reported it and hopefully it will be fixed."

I reiterate...all three (3) black concierge attendants who were there during our stay were totally absent in line of "COURTESY" particularly " SHARON" the one who checked us in. She insisted that "I got an accessible room." I said no and why would I? Are we handicap? I couldn't afford to argue with her....so I said...no problem. No smile, no courtesy whatsoever...I understood...
