Well when I was leabing they told me I owed more money and I don't owe more money I paid cash $60 and then the rest on my car a total of like 155 and I'm talkon top of that there's no stopper in the bathtub can't take a bath , The frigerator's don't worry even when I turned it down deep frosted it and then turned it up barely any cool, And there's a lot of things that want to watch on TV but I couldn't get them so it's not available or I don't know if you'd pay form or what but nobody me was not that comfortable I woke up with a backache actually had it all night long Richard was very nice that's how I gave the money too the other people they're just sitting back there in a corner not hi how are you not greeting you just sitting back there watching TV or whatever I mean.

Arrived on Friday night, guy at counter was very pleasant. Got to room, the TV stand was chewed on and had something (ice cream?) dripped down the front and side. Paint missing on wall, floor so sticky my shoe came off. I was too tired so went to bed, bed ok, pillows awful. In the morning called desk and asked if someone could mop the floor during the day because it was so sticky. They said sure, housekeeping would be in at 10:30. Came back Saturday night and floor was still sticky in the same spots. Called desk and explained I had asked for floor to be mopped. He said they did. I said well it's still as sticky with the same spots as the day before. I asked if they had any cleaning wipes so I could clean it myself. He said the wipes were in an office he either couldn't or wouldn't access. So I went to get a washcloth from the bathroom to clean it myself. The washcloth had black marks on it hanging on the rack. I wet it and went over the floor in the stickies of spots (pics attached). I went to the desk to show them the floor had in fact not been cleaned (or they had the most inept cleaning staff ever). He told me it was 9:13 at night and what was he supposed to do about it. He told me I could talk to the desk staff in the morning if I wanted to. The a/c & Heat unit clicked on and off all night eve when turned to the off position, finally had to unplug it and it still vibrated for a while. At 2:50am on Sunday night a truck pulled up out back and ran equipment for an hour.AWFUL

I had to Instacart cleaning supplies to clean the whole room before me and my kids could go to bed. Dead crickets on the floor in the bathroom and by the heater. A bug was crawling on the cover while I was watching TV. Washer and Dryer didn't work. The manager name Chris is rude. It's was loud music in the parking lot of the restaurant next door all nite. Don't stay there you would be better off sleeping in your car.

A little getaway
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, fresh coffee in am, small breakfast, fruit cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, waffles, and juices. Normal motel, hotel breakfast items. Only thing was no elevator to second floor. So if you are handicapped let them know before booking. Very close to the concert venue we attented. Also, close enough to Canton so we attended the first Monday trade days. Nice place to stay. Did i mention not far from Buc-ee's, got to love Buc-ee's.

It’s ok.
The hotel was in a good location in relation to gas station, food, hwy. it wast a know your socks off experience but it worked for wha I needed and it was fine. The room did have a funny smell and the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept, let alone mopped in a while. All in all, for one night it was fine.

Really nice motel, have stayed here a few times. Resonable rates...Only negative is small parking. If its booked solid,gonna have issues parking. If not full parking is fine..

This has got to be the worst place I have ever stayed. I reserved online but arrived late. When I arrived at 330 am the night clerk had marked my stay as a no show. She then spent 30 minutes trying to work the reservation; she just kept telling me she couldn’t do it. She eventually called someone and I was given a room. The room was nasty, had dead bugs all over the place and I can’t even tell you what was going on with the toilet. Disgusting! I would never recommend this place to start!

They charge a deposit that you won’t get back which they use to offset the price of the cheap room. I will never go to this motel again and will warn everyone I know to avoid it

Nice hotel and good value…you can’t find good clean hotels for under 150 a night anymore. This one was just under that with taxes and I was happy with it.

Last minute booking was easy to complete and check in was relatively quick. Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and fairly quiet. Could hear some noise from room across wall but nothing overly loud. Would book at a Red Roof Inn again.

Well-maintained, clean, and spacious property. Absolutely incredible! I have stayed in at least 5 other RR properties in the past in other states but this location is the best I've encountered so far!!! Was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel, given it's on the spectrum of somewhat low-budget hotels. Definitely 5 stars. Highly recommend.
