「The room was exactly as described. The location was really close to where our cruise shuttle dropped us off after the end of our cruise. We were able to walk a few blocks and arrive. The shop right next door is a luggage storage location so that was a convenient place to store our things while we waited for the room check in time. When she answered I had to wait an additional 10 mins. It’s not convenient when you just want to get in the hotel to relax...
