Didn’t realize it at the time of booking but it comes with the best dining seating location which gives the best view of the lush and tranquil garden, free private hot springs downstairs, and a huge suite room. "Great hotel/hostel linked to a cafe, shop and cinema. The hotel was great overall, but by comparison to the rest of the facilities, the room felt a touch basic, if perfectly comfortableand spotlessly clean. Great location in Karatsu, within a 5 minute walk to the train station and on a great pedestrianised street full of great shops (mainly with pottery goods). Would totally recommend."

"We stayed 1 night after the golden week so it was nice and quiet. Everything was wonderful except the dinner buffet was a little disappointment. I stayed a few years ago and also had the dinner buffet and i recall it was better. "

"There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."
