"I booked this property through Expedia. Planning to arrive at facility late evening. I sent email regarding stay and that I would be a late check in. They responded and assured me my room would be waiting for me. Only to arrive on check in date to find out they have been closed for renovations for the last 5 months! They would not agree to refund my money and Expedia would not refund either. Very disappointed- I will not be back "
