From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly, and everyone was exceptionally polite. This new extended-stay hotel boasts impeccably clean rooms and pristine showers. Its convenient location puts me just minutes away from Walmart and nearby dining options. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again whenever I visit town.

Very simple, no frills extended stay. There's a stovetop, microwave, full sink and full fridge. You will need your own cookware and utensils if you're planning on using the kitchenette. There was no hairdryer either, which was fine by me. The place has only been open for about a month so everything was brand new. Even the towels were still nice and fluffy! They provide a laundry basket and there is a 24hr laundry room on site. This was quite affordable and very comfortable for a quick overnight rest. Would stay again for sure.

Overall, I had a good experience. The location was convenient, the price was reasonable, and the staff was wonderful. My only suggestions would be to consider longer shower curtains in the bathrooms so that water doesn’t splash outside the shower area, and to add some type of covering under the room doors. On three occasions, bugs managed to get into my room. I didn’t particularly like the towel exchange charge, but it didn’t ruin my experience. The other thing of note is that the cleaning staff didn’t clean behind the chair in the room, but the rest of the room was clean. Aside from those minor issues, it was a very good stay, and I would be happy to return.

We have stayed there 3 times now and check in is extremely slow and cumbersome with sighing a lot of paperwork hotel is new and convenient but will not stay again.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff were not friendly. The hotel was clean but had no cups at the coffee counter, we had to bargain for extra towels. For a new hotel I feel like it opened too early. A very predicted snow storm was happening and the hotel was filled with a ton of healthcare workers (which they knew about), and the parking lot was not big enough for the amount of cars, or plowed. Many cars couldn’t get in the parking lot. No continental breakfast.

This is a relatively new property and it shows well. It is located in a nice area with plenty of stores and eateries within walking distance. Check-in took a bit longer than I would care for, especially with a reservation but it was fine. The staff members were very polite and helpful. My room gave off college dorm room vibes but in a good way! I wish I did have a place so nice in college. The AC/Heating unit worked well and kept the temperature just fine. Kitchen was really nice with a full refrigerator and range top. Pots and cutlery are available from the front desk. As for the not so great stuff - the free wifi kept going in and out and I just used my hotspot. The hotel does provide a premium wifi connection for a price. The shower has a low threshold to step over which is fine but the shower curtain does not reach the floor. Thus taking a shower inherently means that water will splash onto the outer floor area. So either a longer shower curtain or lowering the curtain rod is necessary. The metal feet on the bed tends to make a scratching noise on the floor tile when moving on the bed itself. They could just place a rubber pad under the bed feet to fix this. Overall this is a nice place and I would definitely stay again.

Overall, it was a great expereince: good location, economiacally priced, staff was great. The only thing I can offer as a suggestion is perhpas: longer shower curtains in the shower(s), so water spray doesn't go outside of shower, and some type of cover under room doors. Three times, I had bugs get into my room. Other than that. It was a great expeiince.
