The front staff was wonderful and our room was fine but the maid stole my garmin watch. My word against hers but it was there when we left for my sons graduation from Army school. Came back 3 hours later to change and it was gone. Lock your items up if you plan to stay here because one of the maids has sticky fingers.

No Swimming Pool at a Hilton Hotel!

When we stay at a Hilton property we expect a swimming pool. We had a child in our party who was extremely disappointed because they could not swim during the last major summer holiday of the year. We should be told if a swimming pool is not included. This was grossly unfair. Didn’t expect this from a hotel of this caliber.

This property was centrally located to so many different places it was a great choice. There is a restaurant directly behind the hotel called Milk & Honey, reconnected by hotel staff and it was DELICIOUS! Shopping is all around. I would definitely stay here again.

A bang average hotel with no character and minimal staff. Everything takes ages. The lady behind the bar is the slowest server I've ever seen. Literally takes ten minutes per drink. Don't go if you're thirsty

Did not like that we could not get Hilton Honor points for this stay. Room had no remote but was brought up to us fairly quickly. Iron was broken. One lamp was broken and hanging. Restaurant for dinner wasn't very good but waitress was by herself and very good. Food was just passable and seemed high in price. Breakfast was better and food was very good. Charged for parking- didn't last time we were there-a little petty I think. Daytime staff seemed more friendly than night staff overall. Room price was higher than trip last year-probably to pay for renovations. Overall a little disappointed with everything.

Awful experience

The shower clogged overnight. We woke up to a horrendous odor. Dirt came out of the train. There was no cleaning staff onsite. They offered to change our room at 6am. We declined and checked out.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful. It was late and she was very kind and stayed positive. We bought a room with 2 queen beds and when we arrived they had none available which was a little frustrating. Also, they made us pay for parking…in their parking lot…very confusing and odd. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Pull out sofa was not comfortable at all like most others.
