「The location is good, walking distance to most of the sightseeing place. The room is clean and staffs are freindly. 」

「The hotel is nice. The staff at checking was not very friendly. She was not rude but just a yes and no answers, like she did not want to be there. The room was nice and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It is located in a perfect place. A 5 minute walk to the harbor and many restaurants, head the other direction and you are by the shopping area another 5-10 minute walk. The castle us a very short walk away. The only complaint is the parking! They have none. You have to drive...

「バスタブがあったのでこのホテルを選びましたが、チェックインして部屋に行ったところシャワーだけの部屋でした。フロントに戻って部屋を変更してもらいましたが、予約時にバスタブのリクエストがなかったからだと言われました。予約した部屋が「バスタブ付き」となっていても、別でリクエストがないとダメとは驚きました。要注意です。 他のスタッフはみんな親切で、日本語を話す方もいてとても良いホテルでした。食事も良かったです。トラムの乗り場が目の前で便利です。」
