The Saga Hotel is a hidden gem in Oslo. It’s within walking distance to the city, yet in a lovely, quiet area. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. We felt safe and welcomed! It was so nice knowing we were going back to this lovely hotel after a day of sight seeing!!

Quite but convenient

A good hotel in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It is 3 streets from many trams that can take you to the center in 10 minutes good restaurants and stores are also in thus area

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our junior suite was large, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Beautiful hotel.

Hotel was excellent and staff very friendly. Breakfast included which was nice and food was good. Hotel is about a 20/25 minute walk from the waterfront but it’s in a very nice area with shops/cafes close by. Only issue was the lack of air conditioning in the room. I know Oslo isn’t usually hot but it was 29 degrees when we were there. Also be nice if water was included in your room.

Such a charming hotel in a beautiful walkable area. The building is meticulously maintained to preserve its beauty. Our room was just as in the picture and was a welcome respite to long days of sightseeing Loved all the thoughtful touches such as robes, slippers and even umbrella rentals in the lobby ! As other reviews states the breakfast was amazing ! Staff at the hotel are friendly and super helpful. Special mention to the Manager and also the young man at reception who gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations.

Enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Saga Oslo, room was great the shower a little cramped but managable. Fabulous breakfast and polite and friendly staff. Nice quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again.
