He made us feel very special as he catered to our needs, assuring the relaxing time we were looking during our stay. The breakfast is made to order with good options. The dinner menu has several options, including traditional yucatecan meals Ricardo also gave us a tour of the hacienda where we learned about it's unique history. You can see that he is working to preserve the culture of the area and to provide awareness of the surrounding community and at the same time he seeks to give a great experience to his guests. "While this is an older resort, the staff was extremely couteous and attentive. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping attended them every day. The front desk staff were very helpful and put us in touch with very competent transportation, as the resort is a bit off the beaten track, which added to its appeal for us. "A nice new place to stay in Telchac. Very local Mexican little town. Great clean beach nearby. The pool in this hotel was dirty with sunscreen floating Too bad because the rest of the hotel is really nice, quaint, beautiful decor and very clean . They have bkfast , basic , but no bar or other meals..staff is super nice . ."
