"Excellent location in the heart of Colombo and a very well-maintained apartment block. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and came with great amenities.
A real bonus is the on-site dining—both the in-house option and the restaurant were very good. We did have a small issue with an in-house order, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and they kindly provided the meal complimentary. Overall, a great stay and I’d happily return."

"最悪な宿泊でした。
主に2点あります。
①騒音について
土曜日の夜に泊まりましたが、すぐそばでライブが深夜の2時から3時程まで続いていたと思います。
ライブの場所に対して反対側の部屋でしたが、騒音が酷く、寝ることができませんでした。
よく海外で騒音トラブルを経験しますが、これ程までにうるさかった事はありませんでした。
次の日の旅行に影響をきたすので、このホテルはおすすめ出来ません。
②紛失品対応について
チェックアウト後、2~3時間後に忘れ物に気づきました。忘れ物は、携帯のGPSで位置情報を辿り、ホテルにある事は分かっていま した。
その旨を電話で伝えましたが、後で折り返すとの連絡以降、折り返しはありませんでした。
2回電話を掛けたにもかかわらず同じ対応であり、残念でした。
無くしたこちらも悪いので深くは追求しませんでしたが、GPSを辿ってみたところ、ホテル関係者のGampaha districtの家に持ち帰られてしまったようです。お家、分かってますよ。
立地は非常に良かったですが、それだけです。"
