We had a very good experience - all thanks to the Chef Chamoli who made us feel at home. The food was like a warm hug on a rainy day. Resident Manager Arjun Deep Shad made sure we were looked after and ensured we were safe in the uncertain times. The warmth and hospitality by him made the stay exceptional.

I had a really nice stay at ITC Ratnadipa. Luxurious hotel with very nice Atmosphere. Large and nice rooms. Excellent food. Especially the breakfast should be highlighed. In particular the waiters Nilantha Ianakc and Methmi did a great job. Also the doorman Prasad did an excellent job.

This hotel is a great place to stay in Colombo with easy access to major shopping areas. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so many choices w/ one of the best South Indian food. Massive new hotel in Colombo where we stayed a night before heading down to the beaches. Large comfortable room and one of the most impressive breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen. Half of the hotel still under construction to finish it off so was some noise by the pool.

From the moment that I stepped into the ITC Ratnadipa, after a long 10 and a half hours flight, I was treated with dignity and respect. Despite being early for check-in, my room was all ready. Throughout my entire 10 day stay everyone was amazing! The facilities were incredible and the Spa especially. I am very pleased with my stay and would recommend it to anyone. 10/10 James

Amazing place and stay. Felt pampered. Dinetma, Akhilaa, Anjalee, Gayan (dining) and Thushara (dining) were my stars who made my stay extra pleasant and comfortable. couple others need some training, which is why I reduced the stars there.
