「This was a beautiful unit a short drive from San Jose. The host offered us food and breakfast and messaged to check in if we were comfortable. We saw so many birds in the morning and evening. The pictures on the website don’t do justice to the amazing property. 」

Would definitely stay again. Worked well to get me outside of the city so I could beat the morning traffic down to Manuel Antonio. 」

「We needed a quick one night stay after flying into San Jose at midnight and this place was perfect! Breakfast was delicious and the shuttle was seamless. We almost always get placed in an accessibility room when we book through Expedia, which is very interesting since we're young and active adults. But they switched our room for us with no problem. It's just annoying! Is this an Expedia issue? Anyways, our stay was exactly what we needed, nonetheless! 」

「I loved the room, the breakfast, the pool, the grounds (there were wonderful paths leading to nearby goats that you could see on a neighboring property). There was a sauna and a hot tub but neither was on. There was a sign for yoga but I didn't see any yoga session.」

「We arrived at around 2am on an Orange taxi from the airport (about 5-10 minutes and $10us) Taxi driver did not want to wait for us to be let inside. Rang the bell twice and after 1-2 minutes staff opened the door, greeted us and showed us the room. 「Lovely quiet area to stay. We speak very little Spanish, they were so willing and patient with communication. The porch area was lovely. We enjoyed rocking and having an evening drink. There is a small store about a mile away. We went to bed early and were so surprised that 4 other couples were there for breakfast. Breakfast was a “typical” and very good. 」
